Custom Outfit Order Process
If you would like to place a custom made outfit order with us please fill out and submit the order form below. Here is what you can expect when placing a custom outfit order with us.
1. After receiving your order form, we will contact you via email with any questions we may have regarding the information on your form. We want to ensure we see your vision for your outfit as well as you do.
2. If you have decided to receive sketches you will receive via email, 3-4 design sketches and photo collages with material suggestions as a visual to help you envision our ideas for the outfit.
3. Once sketches are sent to you, you have the opportunity to give us your feedback and let us know what you like, dislike or would like to see changed. We will work with you until we come up with a design that you love. When a design is finalized you will receive a price quote for approval.
4. Upon your acceptance of that price quote we will send you an invoice via email. We do offer payment plans which can be discussed if needed. Custom pieces take around 4-6 weeks to produce, however we generally can work with other timelines upon request.
5. While your outfit is in production you will be kept up to date with its progress and sent a series of final pictures when it is finished, before we ship it out.
6. If you choose NOT to receive sketches, we will communicate with you via email on the ideas for your outfit along with a price quote and we will continue the process as usual from there.
If you need an order fulfilled and delivered in 3 weeks or less, you may request a Rush Order at the bottom of this form at a $50 fee. Rush orders are available upon approval by us only. Not all items will be available as a rush order and we cannot guarantee acceptance of all rush order requests, however we will always do out best to accommodate each clients needs.
